Laura and Nick – Wedding Photography at Fonmon Castle, Barry, Wales

So, with all the website issues sorted it’s finally back to the weddings! Laura and Nick held afternoon tea for all of their friends and family (and got married too) at Fonmon Castle, just around the corner from Cardiff airport. An informal day with great food, games on the lawn, more great food and ending with a brief reliving of the stag do. Killepitsch all round! Lush.

Lindsay & Simon – Wedding Photography at St Donat’s Arts Centre, Wales

A return visit to South Wales for my first Lindsay & Simon of 2008 (next Lindsay & Simon in October!). The ceremony at a tiny church in the village of Wenvoe, near Cardiff, was followed by a reception at St Donats Arts Centre in the grounds of St Donats castle. A great, light venue with views across the sea to Devon, and another Saturday filled with threats of showers that thankfully failed to materialise.

Annabel & John

St. David’s church at ancient Llanthony Priory in the Brecon Beacons was the venue for Annabel and John’s wedding, with a reception afterwards at the family home in the next valley. Luckily the marquee, which was set up in a field at the bottom of the valley survived a torrential thunderstorm the night before and provided a great setting for the day. And no mobile phone signals meant there were no unwanted interruptions!
