Mel and James – Wedding Photography at Finchcocks, Kent

My second wedding of the weekend was a more local affair, just down the road at Finchcocks, near Goudhurst. This magnificent house, with it’s huge collection of pianos and harpsichords, provided the setting for Mel & James’ wedding. They got full use of the facilities too with a ceremony in the house, a drinks reception in the walled garden, speeches and the wedding breakfast in the marquee, followed by the evening party in the cellar. And brilliant weather again!

Davina and Oliver – Wedding Photography at Combe Bank School, Kent

Like a lot of couples over the weekend, Davina and Oliver had lost a chunk of their guests to the cloud of volcanic ash clogging up Europe’s airspace. Luckily Davina’s close family had arrived from Singapore earlier in the month, and so they were present to enjoy the grand surroundings of Combe Bank School near Sevenoaks, on a glorious spring day.

Louisa & Mark

After a sunny wedding in the Med, Louisa and Mark held an evening reception at the St George hotel in Chatham. With a very dark room, and a DJ with enough lasers to give a Death Star a decent fight, it was time to dust off the flash!
