Great news this week that I have achieved my best ever result in the latest quarterly WPJA contest. The below image from Alice & Al’s wedding in Cumbria was awarded 2nd place in the ‘Details (Found)’ category.
These were the judges comments:
“Very well composed. This is the epitome of a great detail. It is a moment in and of itself but it allows the viewer to really get inside that moment and see what the photographer saw. Way to take a risk and go tight and taking that risk was rewarded big time by a great, sexy photo.”
Obviously, the pressure is now on to get a first placed image in the next contest.
